Skills can be taught. Character and work ethic can't.
I lead through influence, not org charts. Servant Leadership. My entrepreneurial background makes me think like a CEO—people first, performance follows. I build environments where there is shared understanding, teams feel safe to take initiative and ask "What's next?" instead of "Who failed?" I build systems that free teams from monotony so they can ideate, and create.
I dig in, ramp up quickly, and keep building. A growth mindset.

Designing and developing a family-first health intelligence platform using AI-augmented development. Built with Claude Code, Claude Projects, and parallel agentic AI workflows — includes an integrated LMS designed using instructional design methodology.
Designed and built a real-time surgery room utilization dashboard for a multi-hospital health system. Replaced quarterly reporting with live visibility.
Conceived and launched a statewide coding education program. Built the XactechED brand and delivered presentations to the Governor's Committee.
Co-founded a healthcare IT company. Immersed in every role from billing to clinical to build targeted solutions—achieving 90% automation of billing and payroll.
Co-founded a state-approved esthetics trade school. Developed curriculum meeting Arizona licensing requirements.
Managed technology operations for 500+ devices. Built a knowledge base and created quick-reference guides.
