- Set the strategy for curriculum design, development, delivery and management of a company-wide technical education program, designed to create career pathways for employees and a pipeline of entry-level web developers.
- Created the MTECH Web Development program, including the curriculum outline for a nine-month, project-based course with a 240-hour Xactware externship; negotiated the contract with Mountainland Applied Technology College (MATC).
- Co-wrote the grant application and presented it to the governor’s committee, securing a $200,000 Utah Cluster Acceleration Partnership (UCAP) grant for the course through MATC. Program outcome, after this role ended: 13 of 18 first-cohort externs hired by Xactware, and the program went on to draw a further $521,694 in state funding (2016–2017).

- Found that staff had no technical training, was asked to help HR build it, and wrote the proposal that became xactechED.

- Co-built the software with a Resolute engineer, storyboarding each iteration; mapped billing and payroll before automating them: billing went from 40–80 hours a week to 15 minutes, and intake from 10 hours to 15 minutes per client.
