- Building production HIPAA-compliant health intelligence SaaS platform using Claude Code, Claude Projects, and Claude Desktop, orchestrating parallel AI agents across simultaneous development sessions for different application components.
- U.S. Provisional Patent filed April 2026 — multi-engine cross-validated AI ecosystem with adaptive content bifurcation, three-layer behavioral enforcement (retrieval / prompt / UI), and GINA-compliant pathway-level genetic personalization.
- Architected full-stack system: React/TypeScript front-end, Supabase backend, FHIR R4 clinical interoperability, three-tier data classification with row-level security; designed for enterprise-grade CI/CD and scale.
- Designed proprietary AI engine (“Leif”) on open-source foundation models, fine-tuned on a curated nutrition science database, RAG-augmented with cited evidence and automatic complexity routing.
Healthcare Operations Dashboard / Consulting
- Designed and prototyped a high-fidelity working dashboard for a healthcare software team’s discovery process; their engineer used the prototype to gather feature requirements from OR managers across a multi-hospital health system.
- Designed role-based access for 5 user types, hierarchical information architecture (Region → Hospital → Unit → Room → Surgeon), and a tier system with built-in dispute workflow to surface design questions around politically sensitive performance data.
- Built the interactive prototype in React/TypeScript using Claude agentic coding, enabling rapid iteration on stakeholder feedback and expanding scope by 15+ features based on what OR managers identified for future production.

- Developed business requirements documents, user journey maps, and Figma wireframes for a user-centric data platform; partnered with engineers on backlog grooming and platform usability improvements.
Xactware
- Secured $200,000 UCAP state grant via competitive presentation to the Governor’s education committee, funding a workforce development pipeline that has since raised $521K total.
- Conceived, designed, and launched the MTECH Web Development program in 7 months end-to-end (brand, curriculum, marketing, enrollment); partnered 10 industry developers as instructors and established 240-hour student externships at Xactware.

- Co-founded a healthcare IT company; co-designed and delivered Management Compliance Software for a Medicaid-based mental health agency.
